Certain insurance products and services referenced on this website are offered separately by Mark Morse in his individual capacity as a licensed insurance agent and are not provided by FixMyBizz LLC.

The FixMyBizz website provides information about business consulting, operations, sales, conversion, retention, growth, scaling, performance improvement, and related services. The website may also provide information about insurance products and services offered separately by Mark Morse in his individual capacity as a licensed insurance agent.

A consulting or service relationship with FixMyBizz exists only when agreed upon by FixMyBizz and the applicable client. Insurance coverage exists only when approved and issued by the applicable insurance carrier in accordance with the terms of the policy.
 
3. CONSULTING SERVICES
Specific FixMyBizz consulting engagements may be governed by a separate proposal, consulting agreement, statement of work, service agreement, or other written agreement.
 
Such agreements may establish the scope of services, responsibilities, fees, payment terms, deliverables, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, termination provisions, and other terms applicable to that engagement.
 
If a separate written agreement between FixMyBizz and a client conflicts with these Terms regarding consulting services governed by that agreement, the separate written agreement controls with respect to those services.
 
Insurance products and services offered separately by Mark Morse in his individual capacity as a licensed insurance agent are not governed by FixMyBizz consulting agreements.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS RESULTS
FixMyBizz may identify opportunities, recommend changes, develop processes, implement systems, improve workflows, assist with execution, or provide other business consulting services intended to improve performance.
However, every business operates under different circumstances.
 
Past results, examples, case studies, testimonials, projections, estimates, or descriptions of potential outcomes do not guarantee that another business will achieve the same or similar results.
 
FixMyBizz does not guarantee any specific level of revenue, profit, savings, growth, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, valuation, or other business result unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by FixMyBizz.
 
Business results may depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, customer behavior, management decisions, staffing, implementation, financial condition, pricing, regulatory requirements, and the accuracy and completeness of information provided by the client.

5. CLIENT INFORMATION AND DECISIONS
Any recommendations or analysis provided through FixMyBizz consulting services may depend on information supplied by the client or obtained from systems to which the client provides access.
 
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information they provide.
 
Business owners and management remain responsible for their own business decisions, including whether and how to implement recommendations.

6. NO LEGAL, TAX, ACCOUNTING, INVESTMENT, OR MEDICAL ADVICE
FixMyBizz provides business consulting and operational services.
 
Unless expressly provided through an appropriately licensed professional acting within that professional capacity, information or services provided by FixMyBizz should not be interpreted as legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
 
Insurance products and insurance-related services referenced on this website are offered separately by Mark Morse in his individual capacity as a licensed insurance agent and are subject to applicable insurance laws, carrier requirements, policy terms, and licensing limitations.
 
Businesses and individuals should consult appropriately qualified professionals when legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other professional advice is required.

7. CONSULTATIONS AND FORM SUBMISSIONS
Submitting a website form, requesting information, or scheduling a consultation does not create a consulting relationship and does not obligate you to purchase services or FixMyBizz to accept an engagement.
 
Submitting an insurance inquiry or requesting coverage information does not bind insurance coverage, guarantee eligibility, or obligate Mark Morse or any insurance carrier to issue a policy.
 
FixMyBizz LLC or Mark Morse, as applicable, may contact you using information you provide in connection with your inquiry, consultation request, insurance request, appointment, or existing relationship, subject to applicable law and the communication preferences and consent you provide.

8. SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM
 
FixMyBizz LLC and Mark Morse, in his individual capacity as a licensed insurance agent, may operate separate SMS and text messaging programs for individuals who expressly opt in.
 
FixMyBizz Messages
FixMyBizz messages may relate to business inquiries, consultations, appointments, services, follow-up, customer support, and authorized promotional or marketing communications.
 
Insurance-Related Messages
Insurance-related messages from Mark Morse may relate to insurance inquiries, coverage options, quotes, appointments, applications, policy-related communications, follow-up, customer support, and authorized insurance marketing communications.
 
Consent to one messaging program does not constitute consent to the other.
 
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your interactions and the communications you authorize.
 
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply.
 
Opting Out and Help
Reply STOP to opt out of the applicable messaging program. Reply HELP for assistance.
 
After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a final message confirming that your request has been processed.
 
Opting out of SMS does not automatically unsubscribe you from communications through other channels that you have separately requested or authorized.

Insurance-related third-party services may include MedMutual Protect, its issuing insurance companies, and other insurance carriers, general agencies, quoting platforms, enrollment platforms, or service providers with which Mark Morse is contracted or authorized to conduct business.
 
The inclusion of a link or integration does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
 
Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

11. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND ACCURACY

Failure by FixMyBizz to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

FixMyBizz may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, legal requirements, or communications programs.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
